About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Farm & Home Hardware in Wakeman, OH. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our store.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
  • Prior retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hardware and home improvement products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
