Do you love helping people find the perfect color or the right paint for their project? Are you friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented? Farm and Home Hardware in Ashland is looking for a Paint Clerk / Salesperson to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with paint, stain, and finishing needs – from choosing the right product to mixing the perfect color.
- Keep the paint department organized, stocked, and looking its best.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
- Learn about our full line of hardware, home improvement, and DIY products to make helpful suggestions.
- Operate paint mixers, tinting machines, and other equipment safely and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills (helpful for paint mixing).
- Willingness to learn and grow within our family-owned business.
- Previous retail or paint experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
