Job Posting: Full-Time Yard Associate

Location: Farm and Home Hardware – Wellington, OH

Do you enjoy working outdoors, helping customers, and staying active on the job? Farm and Home Hardware in Wellington is looking for a reliable and hard-working Full-Time Yard Associate to join our team.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Assist customers with loading lumber, mulch, soil, and other large products
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe outdoor yard and loading area
Pull and stage customer and contractor orders for pickup and delivery
Check in, unload, and stock incoming shipments
Work as part of the team to provide excellent customer service

✅ What We’re Looking For

Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer service
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather conditions
Reliability and punctuality are a must
Previous experience in a hardware store, lumber yard, or warehouse is a plus (but not required)
Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
Team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
