Farm and Home Hardware is looking for a Full-Time Stock Associate who takes pride in keeping our shelves full, our store organized, and our customers happy!

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
- Unload and organize incoming freight deliveries.
- Stock shelves, endcaps, and displays to ensure the store is full and easy to shop.
- Keep back stock areas clean, organized, and efficient.
- Assist with inventory counts and product rotation.
- Help customers locate items and provide friendly assistance when needed.
- Work with our sales and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
💪 What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and staying active.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs+, operate pallet jacks, and safely handle merchandise.
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when shelves are empty or displays need fixing.
- Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you!
⏰ Schedule:
Full-time position with daytime and some weekend availability required.
