Position Summary

Farm & Home Hardware is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Stock Associate to support receiving, stocking, and overall store organization. This role is critical to keeping shelves full, the backroom clean, and the sales floor customer-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming merchandise
Stock shelves accurately and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized aisles and backroom areas
Build and maintain product displays and endcaps
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Pull merchandise for customers and team members as needed
Help maintain a safe work environment
Support other departments during busy periods

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Dependable with strong work ethic
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Retail or stocking experience preferred but not required

Work Schedule

Flexible part-time hours
Morning, evening, and weekend availability helpful

Compensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
